Return Policy FAQ

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return. This applies to all apparel including hoodies, tees, and jackets.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Choose your reason for return
  4. Print the prepaid shipping label we provide
  5. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location
  6. You'll receive a refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return

What items are returnable?

Most items are returnable within 30 days, including:

  • Hoodies
  • Tees
  • Jackets
  • Accessories

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags
  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Custom or personalized items

What about exchanges?

We're happy to help with exchanges! If you need a different size or color:

  • Initiate a return for the original item
  • Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
  • Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be applied to your account

Note: We don't currently offer direct exchanges, but this process ensures you get exactly what you want.
